Returns policy

All new products purchased from www.shopdj.co.uk come with a full years warranty from date of purchase, this is a back to base warranty which means you the customer are responsible for returning the purchased product/products back to ourselves at your own cost, we shall cover the cost of repair and the cost of postage to return the item/items back you yourselves.

Goods may be returned if faulty or damaged on delivery.
Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt if the customer has changed their mind on the item/items as long as the item/items are still in the original packaging and sealed.
Brand new goods will not be refunded if opened or used by yourself.

Please note all second hand/ex display/demo products purchased from www.shopdj.co.uk will have been cleaned and tested before they leave our shop and come with a 7 day money back guarantee.


If a claim/repair needs to be made then the customer should contact us first by email to (info@shopdj.co.uk) with the fault, date of purchase and invoice number, then we will contact you with a returns number so that you can arrange to return the goods back to base.

Any discrepancies/complaints should be made in writing and sent to 35 Regent Street, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8-4DW or via email @ (info@shopdj.co.uk) where all complaints will be dealt with in a professional manner.
